My stalker's top ten searches on my blog today were the following key words;
1 - 10 ...ten female names in front of T's sur name.
Here is a clue silly stalker- if T's last name didn't come up when you seached it the first time - it is not going to come up when you put a female's name in front of it.
Duh.
I am not sure if i should stop laughing and actually be worried that Libra Tampons are joining her class action law suit against me - or if i should just keep laughing.
Again - if the word toadstool does not come up in your initial search - then it is also highly unlikely that it would magically appear with the word vibrator after it.
I really hope that i haven't offended a toadstool vibrator though. That would be a real concern.

Seriously though looks more like a search bot.
If you are getting sued then it is honest opinion that you have broken the law. Especially if they are so confident they are getting chapman trip to run a class action.

search bot is 60.234.200.224. I could tell you what company that IP address belongs to but that would just fuel my stalker. If it is a bot then it is a super clever one - working out my partner's last name.
I am instead choosing to document every single thing she is doing on my blog, the comments, the amount of time she is spending on it, and her crazy searches - in order to advise her employer of exactly what she is doing during their time. Nearly nearly 100 hours spent on my blog in the past week.
You don't call that stalkerish Trying to hunt down anyone from mine or my partner's (who has nothing to do with this blog) pasts...that is normal behaviour to you is it...
I can see why you are defending her crazy actions then. But yes - to me - her behaviour is very scary and i am going to continue to document it so that if she does decide to bring some crazy court case against me - this behaviour will be in the public domain against her name.
Kerrie - as far as i am aware - i am not being sued. Considering this psycho tried to complain to the police about me in Feb and was told i had done nothing wrong - i consider any statement that i have broken the law to be highly defamatory. She was actually subsequently warned to stop commenting on my blog by a police officer at the New Market police station.
Nice try with the honest opinion thing. Unfortunately what you have said is factually incorrect - there for - defamatory. I find it fairly strange that you would use honest opinion in defence of defaming me however you seem to think that the right to have an honest opinion does not extend to me - or my blog.
How would you explain that...
And there is no such thing as class action when it comes to defamation. From now on though - i have decided to nickname my stalker - Erin Brokovich. haha!
If a class action is brought against me - for nothing - in relation to defamation then i guess myself and my stalker and our behaviour are going to be famous because that would be the first ever case of that kind in New Zealand.
I have not behaved in a way that i am ashamed of so - won't that be fun...

Well if the police have already warned her maybe you need to go back to them and let them know what she's been up to?
Sam - as disturbing as her behaviour is - i sincerely doubt that she has broken any laws.
Who knows though. I may contact the police officer that had to put up with her back in Feb.
No doubt he will cringe when he sees her name again.

K - I have a huge amount of respect for the police and hate the thought of wasting their time.
While i think that Erin Brokovich's obsessive and vindictive behaviour is very disturbing - i don't think that her behaviour has crossed over from what would be deemed a valid civil complaint - to a criminal one - yet.
I am going to ignore her. That is the only way to deal with these types of people. I will keep downloading and saving the ip stats from my blog every day - but other than that i am not going to bother with look at them anymore unless i need to.
Her behaviour is creeping me out and i need to stop feeding it by publicising it - before my pets end up in a pot on my stove.
My blog is up there for people to read and blogging is always going to attract an element of nuttiness to it. Just look at Whale Oil and all the weirdos his attracts and that he has commenting on his blog.

Oh i don't know. If i was paying someone to work for me all day and they were wasting hours on end attempting to track down the ex wife of a man who happens to be the partner of someone that she hates - i think i would want to know.
There are very clear conditions in most employment contracts regarding misuse of the internet and computers.
I digress though - i can not be bothered contacting her employer. Mentioning that i might though - appears to have stopped Erin's stalking - just for today.
I don't care about Erin. I don't wish bad on her - and i don't wish her well. I just don't care about her and would like it if the feeling was mutual.
