I have so many tomatoes that i don't know what to do with them all. There are heaps more to come as well.
I am going to have to google how to make something out of these - so that they don't go to waste.

Skin them and freeze them for cooking with in winter. Cut an x in the bottom biff them in some boiling water and skins slip off. Or make soup now and freeze for winter. Tomato bacon and basil is my favorite!
