De-escalating arguments

The T has shared this with me, in an effort to make sure that our next argument does not escalate. He came out to the kitchen and told me about a video he had just watched, and how he had done things wrong yesterday by minimising my feelings - and calling me names.

Before i made it to the bedroom to watch his new found view on arguing - he was mocking it and telling me "Bugger that - if i do that all the time i will never win!"

Back. To. Square. One.

But hey - it was cute that he tried!
