I have decided that it is a ridiculous day, that should be called 'Depress Single People More Than Usual Day' and that only retailers, Cadbury, and your local florist ever get anything out of it. This stance has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that i am single, and will not be receiving any chocolate or flowers.
I shall review my opinion of Valentines Day - next February. ;)

Its been a while since I have read your blog Jackie. You are so funny with some of the things you write. It cracks me up actually. Always brings a smile to my face.
I love valentines day. Im still single and loving it but it always reminds me of the people I love and how they have impacted on my life. I love to send them messages on valentines day.
Its also a day for me to pay tribute to the special ones that I love. My kids. Without them and their love and support I would not be who I am today. I have so much to be greatful for. I always wish them a happy valentines day.
