Whoa...wish i had read this about 5 years ago. Apparently, it takes on average, 15 months for the first stages of romantic love to fade, when in a relationship.
You know...that exciting feeling that you get when you first fall in love? That exciting feeling that you get that makes you think that it does not matter that his shower has 3 inches of pink soap scum in it, because you love him so much that you won't mind cleaning up after his lazy ass for the rest of your life? Yeah...that feeling. It takes 15 months to get over that feeling.
I was not aware of this, when i got married after only knowing him for 11 months. haha
