Our last night in Christchurch

We have had a really nice and relaxing day today. We went for a walk...we tidied up the house while everyone was out today, we played on the computer with our photos, we spent a couple of hours blobbed out on the couch watching the CI Crime channel on SKY ( which has made me really miss Sky and want to get it again for when i am stuck at home this year ) ...We all had a lovely dinner together.

I agreed to play a computer game with their girls. They have these new games out called Wiis or something like that. A very expensive wee toy it is, so i am hoping that my girls don't read this post and decide that they want one. It's like an exercising/interactive computer sport game. It has every sport imaginable and things that you hold in your hand to play the computer. It looks so easy, and kinda boring to watch someone play it...but ummm i got my ass kicked at tennis, tied the computer at baseball, and won at boxing, and by the end of that, i was buggered. I think Greg and I kind of forgot about his daughters and took over!

Kinda reminds me of when Danny and i bought the girls Sing Star for Christmas and they barely got their hands on it, the whole holidays. Danny and i were too busy having fun with it.

Good times.

Anyway...Greg and i eventually let Alysha have a go. I was too tired to carry on anyway.

I'm going to hit the sack now. I have had really awesome sleeps every night down here. I have gone to bed about 10 or 11 pm and slept right through without waking up. it's been amazing. I think i need to take my doctor's advice and not allow my laptop in my bedroom anymore.

I guess beds are meant for sleeping in. Who would have thunk it...

I have actually been feeling really homesick today, and am really looking forward to getting back home. I think it has been a bit hard on Nixon...not being in his own territory for the past week. I am looking forward to him being at home where he runs the show haha.
