Nick, went to school with him and said he was always a nutter, even as a kid though, so it is quite possible that nutty retardation is a gene that he has passed on to his offspring. It has been said that children who have wayward parents usually grow up straight and narrow. This being due to watching all the mistakes that their parents made and thinking....f*ck that bullsh*t.
My religious upbringing would support that theory. Hopefully my children look at the mistakes i made and adopt the above mindset. I am 99.9% confidant that they will be fine.
